  1. I love what you did here. I make Jun tea, basically kombucha made with green tea and honey. I have never flavored it but I am interested in that process. Did you use straight juices to flavor your kombucha? Are there other ways to flavor it with fruit? I love that pizza at the end????

  2. I love making kombucha. It is very expensive here in Czech Republic and making it home is just fun, I can do whatever flavor I want and it cost almost nothing. Also, thank you for the roasted cabbage recipe, definitely need to try it. Have fun Brazil =)
