   I have loved your recipe for years. I've just made these, and as I was mashing the chickpeas and potatoes, I happened to spot a large bottle of the Mexican spice mix, Tajin, on my shelf. I realized that Tajin is basically dried and powdered lime with chilies (with some salt) and it hit me that it would be good in these chola tikki. I used some and it was WONDERFUL. I can imagine that Tajin would sit very comfortably with masala in other dishes (and I've been making LOTS of them using your cookbook). Thank you for all your good recipes.
