  2. Great video Chef Billy. I’m trying all of these, and so far… they have yet to be nothing short of great. I thank you, and my family thanks you. Keep the under $25 going, but I’m wondering if you can pull a beef dish off for under $30-50.

    Time will tell.

Thanks again, and I look forward to the next one.

  3. Dear Chef Parisi, I am awed by your approach to everything. You are perfectly presenting your instructions with detailed sharing and videos which is admirable, I have been learning and enjoying the sensitivity you show to the times with great results for a family. Thank you so much please be active and healthy.

  4. Wow!! That sauce oozing out of there was incredible. I’ve never seen this dish made before, and I’ve definitely never had it. That was really cool.

  5. Billy – Love this series of videos. You really do elevate my cooking. It's great that you give people the confidence to feed their loved ones well, without breaking the budget. Keep up the good work.

  6. Absolutely beautiful. Super super great. I’ll definitely give this a try. I might like a little citrus flavoring on the carrots, maybe orange zest and a bit of juice. My college roommate, of Armenian descent, taught me to make rice pilaf. It must have broke vermicelli noodles. Yum. Can’t wait. Wish I could give more than 1-thumbs up. Here goes ????????????????????????????

  7. Thank you for the comment, Billy, about elegance and old world dishes. My parents grew up during the Great Depression and my mother said one thing they didn't lack were some really elegant and delicious meals made with items purchased with ration coupons and basic staples. Even today, you can make elegant things like a Pavolva or panna cotta or even a dark chocolate tart for just a few dollars and all of them will wow your guests or family.
