11. I got this bomb vegan reuben at an Art festival in the summer and I hadn't had one in about a decade. It was so good but then it made me want to make my own. Definitely will be using your recipe for inspiration but I think I'll use VWG. Using MSG is something I never thought about.That's so genius! I usually just use mushroom powder.

12. I personally think the beetroot powder wasn’t necessary, since the tomato paste gives a lot of color!
