I’ve been making the smashed roasted potatoes for years and years now, and mashed potatoes were my lifelong favorite potato, but these little smashed potatoes are so darn good, they definitely are my go to.:) I’ve also incorporated potato cakes to use up leftover mashed potatoes, which are also very good! I just freeze the potatoes until I’m ready to make them. Some ppl put cheese, onions, etc in theirs, but I usually just roll mine in flour and fry them. So delicious!:))
