  1. Thank you for doing this video. I love love love this recipe. I didn't have mango powder or fresh cilantro, so I used lemon juice and dried cilantro. This came out wonderful. I baked mine on my pizza stone at 500 dgrees for 4 mins 30 secs. They didn't come out dark, but they browned a little. It was soooo wonderful and soft. I ate them with mango pickle and lentils. I learned about mango powder for the first time from your video. Thank you again. Delicious.

Much thanks for your lessons on bread and cooking, and the tip about using the broiler on the oven to get that extra boost of heat for puffy naan. 🙂
