7. in Algeria it is called bird's nest soup we add chickpeas and celery but without cheese and without spinach it is very delicious

13. I think it's more about the ingredients than actually made in Italy. I know I never had it while living there, but I definitely had all the ingredients at one time or another, if not nearly every day. For sure the parm was a staple and spinach, orzo and the garlic!
